OBERGURGL SKIING
Located at the southern end of the Ötztal valley, on the border with Italy, Obergurgl offers some of the best high-altitude skiing in the region. Stunning views, varied terrain, snow-sure slopes, and a fantastic, modern ski lift system.

OBERGURGL RESORT
The destination of Obergurgl is made up of the resorts of Obergurgl and Hochgurgl, located at 1930m and 2150m respectively at the southern end of the Ötztal valley. South of Obergurgl are peaks, glaciers & the Italian border.
Obergurgl has a compact centre with several large hotels located around the hub the resort, where the shops, bars, restaurants, conference centre, and ski lifts are located. Obergurgl is as convenient as ski resorts get.
The cluster of central hotels offer multiple ski-in / ski-out and slope-side options with slopes running the length of the resort and ski lifts leaving just steps from the village centre.
Obergurgl is pure winter wonderland, - at nearly 2km above sea level, the surroundings are rugged and snowbound for much of the year. The village is also calm and traffic free with the road extending no further south.
