Winter is gearing up

The lifts on the Rettenbach Glacier high above Soelden are set to start rolling tomorrow, indicating that winter is fast approaching.

Later in October the FIS will hold their season opener on the glacier so things are getting into full-flow above Soelden. With the upcoming 007 film set in Soelden this regional powerhouse close to the Italian border is set to be well and truly in the spot light. Highlights include dining in spectacular locations, skiing to over 3200m and après ski that would test the resolve of a Special Forces instructor.
