Beautiful on so many levels, Bregenzerwald is a place to steal hearts. Ludicrous charm & natural beauty distilled into a small valley in northwest Austria.

Snowflake

One of the principal destinations south of Salzburg, Zell am See is a year-round resort perched on a ledge between the Schmittenhöhe peak and the emerald waters of the Zeller See lake. The town is alive throughout the seasons with a charming town centre, wonderful lakeside access and the best spa complex in the entire region. It is possible to ski in the morning and play a round of golf or sail the waters of the lake in the afternoon. The waters, mountains and skies are crammed with action sports throughout the year.

The home to the Porsche family, Zell am See blends the tradition and timelessness of the mountain and lake with the modernity of design hotels and uber-cool venues. Great dining and nightlife, fantastic water sports and access to the local glaciers for summer snow, Zell am See has a truly enviable range of activities. Well connected by road, rail and air, summer in Zell am See is as good an event location as can be found in the Alps.

That said, the mountain huts can offer private venues to experience the glories of locally craft beers and schnapps, amongst the wonderful alpine scenery. Back in the resort, the clients in Crazy Daisy won't be wearing so many layers in summer, but the atmosphere can none-the-less be pretty pulsating.

Private boat tours on the lake offer the chance to drink & dine with a difference, with tranquil waters and staggering views over the local peaks. There are many hotels and bars located in the centre of Zell am See which can offer a great night out including some international and Irish themed bars. The neighbouring town of Kaprun to the south of Zell am See offers further nightlife options and venues including a historic castle for group functions, whilst a little further, it is possible to arrange group events at a micro-brewery on the mountain.
