Out of the cold, into the fear |

In less than a week we have swapped waist-deep powder skiing for cliff jumps on the rugged coastline of Mallorca. The temperature change is a shock, but the challenges and rushes are no different – incredible thrills when staring into the void.

Spring sunshine, dining on terraces and the warming Mediterranean Sea were quite a change from the endless winter that is gripping the Alps. Our team were in Mallorca in the last few days with clients looking to rewarding their teams with an early summer incentive. Word had spread after last summer’s events and the coasteering activity was in great demand.

The skies were clear and the emerald coves of the coast provided a stunning playground for our clients as they climbed, leapt and zipped over the clear waters. Coasteering offers a whole new experience of the coast, with unique perspectives of the terrain and an adrenalin-filled route which provides a variety of leaps into the refreshing waters below. Clambering up the rock faces, leads to new ledges to leap off, whilst open-water swimming takes clients into caves and swim-throughs. Bold words, but coasteering and similar activities are redefining the coastal experience for corporate clients on summer incentive events. Dining, locations and service are all highpoints, but rather than passive cruises or lazy loungers, take your team to discover themselves and the remarkable coastal environment that very few get to see, up close and intimately.
